The ADU does not have a living room, however, one of the bedrooms can easily be used as one. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, and microwave) and an in-closet laundry area with a small stackable washer/dryer included. The ADU has a fenced-in patio so you can enjoy your very own private outdoor space. Utilities included in the rent are water, gas, and trash (renter/s responsible for electricity and internet). No on-site parking, but theres always plenty of street parking. The house is located close to the 210 and 605 freeways, Downtown Azusa Metro A Line, shops, restaurants, and local colleges (Azusa Pacific University and Citrus College). Two adults max, No kids.
